Please read these terms & conditions (Terms) before making any purchase on the website parkerdevelopment.fr (Service).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who purchase (Customer) from Parker Industrial Development via the Service.

The products presented on the Service are for sale in the EU.

These terms have been translated from French. The French version of these terms takes precedent.

Price

Product price is that that is displayed on the Service at the time of purchase from PID. All prices are displayed in euros net VAT.

Payment methods

Orders can be paid for on the Service by:

• Credit card
• Paypal
• Bank transfer

Delivery

There is free delivery for all orders greater than 1000€ in mainland France, Corsica not included. All other delivery prices are indicated on the Service.

On reception of the delivery the customer must open the package and inspect its contents in the presence of the transporter.

In the case of any missing or damaged products from the delivery the customer must:

• refuse the delivery (i.e. badly damaged packaging).
• on the paper or electronic delivery note carried by the transporter, detail precisely the problems with the delivery: damaged packaging and/or damaged goods and if any articles are missing.
• address a tracked and signed for letter describing all delivery issues with photos of the packaging and product within 72 hours to the address below:

The customer must also inform PID by e-mail at contact@parkerdevelopment.fr.

Withdrawal rights

The customer benefits from 14 calendar days from the day of reception of the product, to return the product for a refund. The customer must inform PID of their decision to exercise this right by sending an e-mail to the address contact@parkerdevelopment.fr, making sure to reference the order number.

When exercising this right the customer will send back the merchandise within fourteen days of communicating their decision to cancel the order. The customer must send back the merchandise in its original packaging and, in perfect condition to the following address:

When a customer has exercised their right to withdrawal, PID will reimburse them the totality of the sum paid to PID within fourteen days of the safe return of the merchandise. The sum will be paid back to the customer via the same method of payment that was used in the initial transaction unless the customer specifies another method. Any delay of payment from PID will result in the accrual of interest at the current legal rate.

Spare parts

The spare parts indispensable for the operation of product sold by PID are available for the commercial life of that product plus two years.

Guarantee

All products sold by PID are guaranteed for two years for normal usage as specified in the user manual. The guarantee does not cover any degradation due to improper usage.

Intellectual property

The contents of the Service are the property of PID and are protected by French and international intellectual property law.

All reproduction, total or partial, of this material is strictly forbidden.

PID own the intellectual property rights for the brands and designs on the Service. All reproduction or exploitation of these brands, designs and logos are forbidden.

The photos present on the Service have no contractual value.

Force majeure

PID cannot be held responsible for the non-execution or delay in execution of its obligations written in these Terms in the case of force majeure. Force majeure is defined as all exterior events that are unforeseen and irresistible in the sense of article 1148 of the French civil code.

Law and jurisdiction

Any matters that arise from the interpretation and application of these Terms & Conditions shall be goverened by the laws of France.
